For those of you keeping track, this is the final version of Captain America in my list.
Ultimate Captain America is actually, in my opinion, NOT Captain America. Instead of good old Steve Rogers behind the mask it is none other than Bucky Barnes - one time sidekick Bucky and villain as The Winter Soldier. After the death of the original Capt America, Barnes took up the mantle and new outfit. So in an effort to be a complete series here is Bucky Barnes as Ultimate Captain America.
The kart design is a variation of WWII Cap's Old Glory, as much as the US Agentmobile for The Captain is a version of The Avenger for Cap himself. Although I like the way this kart turned out it does make use of my least favorite body type available in the beta. Make sure to check my profile to see the complete Captain America series.
